Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. Key responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, organizing and maintaining the warehouse, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for training new employees, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
