We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. You will be expected to make outbound calls to potential customers, present our products/services effectively, and build strong customer relationships. Excellent communication and persuasive skills are essential. The role requires achieving sales targets and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Must be adept at using CRM software. Continuous learning and staying updated on product knowledge are necessary. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales.
