We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our retail store operations in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team to achieve sales targets, maintain exceptional customer service, and ensure the store's operational efficiency. This includes managing inventory, scheduling staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining store appearance. You will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, training new staff members, and implementing company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will also be accountable for loss prevention and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for retail and a dedication to achieving results.
