Position Name: Sr. Accountant
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, reconciliation, and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities also include assisting with audits, preparing tax returns, and implementing process improvements. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior accounting staff.
**Qualification:**
BCA, BE/BTech, MCA, Any Graduate, Diploma, B.COM

* GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
* Financial Reporting

* Tax Preparation (Basic)
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
