Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive / Project Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve targets. You will be involved in the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to project completion (if applicable). Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the market. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales and committed to exceeding expectations. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders is critical. The role will involve both field sales and inside sales activities.
