Position Name: Quality Inspector
Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to ensure the quality of manufactured components and products. The ideal candidate will perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and functional testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. This role involves using various inspection tools and equipment, documenting findings, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inspections and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the quality control department. A strong understanding of engineering drawings and quality control principles is essential. You will also participate in audits and support the implementation of corrective actions. This position requires a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Qualification:
B.E. MECHANICAL ENGINEER, Diploma in Mechanical
Skills:
* Proficient in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
* Knowledge of quality control principles and procedures.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
* Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
