The candidate will be involved in tasks such as metal selection, heat treatment processes, failure analysis, and providing technical support to production teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. The candidate should have a good understanding of metallurgical principles and be able to apply them in a practical setting. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
