The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. The role also involves participating in equipment inspections, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and adhering to safety protocols. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems. Experience with welding, fabrication, and reading technical drawings is also highly desired. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
