Position Name: Machineshop Manager
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Machineshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our machine shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing personnel, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling jobs, assigning tasks to machinists, monitoring production output, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Machineshop Manager will also play a key role in ordering materials, managing inventory, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate must ensure quality checks are being performed and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Candidate will be also be responsible to maintain the record of spare parts.
**Qualification:**
* Any Graduate, 12th Grade, 12 pass
**Skills:**
* Proficient in machineshop operations
* Strong knowledge of machining processes and equipment
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Inventory management
* Safety compliance
* Communication (written and verbal)
* Basic computer skills
**Experience:**
* 2 years of relevant experience in a machineshop environment
