**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inter CA / CA to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves working closely with senior accountants and management to provide accurate and timely financial information. We need someone to manage day-to-day accounting operations. Support in tax compliance and auditing process is also expected. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth and development within the company. A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this role. The candidate should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
**Qualification:**
* B.Com.
* Any Graduate
* M.Com.
**Skills:**
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
* Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxes
* Familiar with auditing procedures.
* Ability to handle pressure.
