**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team in Rajkot. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a passionate advocate for our employees. They should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to effectively manage and resolve complex HR issues. They will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. Must have experience in handling payroll.
