**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our team. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include communicating with drivers, scheduling deliveries, resolving delivery issues, maintaining accurate records, and optimizing dispatch routes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong understanding of logistics operations. They should also be proficient in using dispatch software and have a strong geographical knowledge of the Rajkot area.
**Qualification:**
Any Graduate, M. Com, BCom
**Skills:**
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in using dispatch software (e.g., GPS tracking systems)
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Geographical knowledge of Rajkot and surrounding areas
* Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)
