We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and other forms of payment, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include scanning items, operating the cash register, balancing the till, and assisting customers with inquiries. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. The cashier will report to the Store Manager and is expected to adhere to company policies and procedures. A strong focus on customer satisfaction is a key element of this position. The candidate should be able to resolve minor customer complaints. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area is also expected.
