Job Description

Position Name: Business Development Executive
**Job Description:**
• Develop and execute a strong regional sales strategy aligned with the company’s vision.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish a strong network within the architecture and design ecosystem.
• Proactively reach out to interior designers (IDs), architects (ARs), and their agencies to promote our lighting solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and demos.
• Ensure effective project tracking from lead identification to final project execution and delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
• Coordinate with partners to schedule meetings, share quotations, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Oversee pricing approvals and quote sharing through authorized channels.
• Focus on solution-based selling rather than transactional sales.
• Present lighting solutions tailored to the aesthetics and functional needs of clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to deliver customized solutions.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market trend studies, and customer behavior insights.

**Required Qualifications & Skills:**
• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering. MBA preferred.
• 2+ years in sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or building materials domain.
• Proven experience in team building, people management, and territory expansion.
• Strong network with architectural firms, interior design agencies, and channel partners.
• Background in electrical systems is essential. Knowledge of lighting technologies is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the region.
• Ability to oversee projects from initial lead generation to final execution and delivery
